Bio: 

Neel is from Pennsylvania and studied mechanical engineering and physics at Penn State. His undergraduate research focused on insect flight. After graduating in 2017, he worked as a DOD civilian employee in Virginia for 2.5 years testing IR cameras. He joined RSL in Fall 2020 and has since been helping with experiments focused on bosonic codes. In his spare time, he likes to bake.
